RN Coordinator Spanish/English bilingual RN to oversee caseloads and to interact with Certified Home Health Agencies in developing skilled nursing visits. Travel and computer experience required.	Queens and travel to all NY boroughs NJ	RN 1-2 years experience required.
RN RN for Maternal and Child Health Services to follow patients from pregnancy through postpartum.	NYC, Queens, Bronx, the Hudson Valley regions, Long Island, and NJ	RN with at least one year experience in maternal and child health.
Physical Therapist Directs, supervises, evaluates and provides physical therapy to patients in their home, as prescribed by the attending physician. Travel required.	NYC, Queens, Bronx, the Hudson Valley regions, Westchester, and NJ	Physical therapy degree with state certification. 1 year institutional experience preferred.
PCA Personal Care Aides to provide housekeeping and routine personal care services to patients in their home. Travel required.	All locations	1-2 years experience helping patients with their daily regimens.
NA Nurses' Aides for nursing homes.	All locations	1-3 years experience.
